Mycelial Person
"and the hawthorne tree blooms drenched in light and our anger will turn raw rain into forests and we will unlearn to be lonely"
An urban forager attempts to become a mushroom in hopes of discovering meaning beyond the human concepts of affection, gender, and autonomy. Poems, photography, memoir, and science are used as microscopes, locating a sense of being that transcends our understanding of societies, sexualities, and nature. (Vegetarian Alcoholic Press, 2019)
