Industrial Bishōjo
A book published with Don Sunpil's solo exhibition of the same name. Don Sunpil has expressed the socio-cultural phenomena surrounding figures through his work. With his unique meticulous and persistent spirit of inquiry and affection, figures are not only objects of personal affection, but figures as works are a means of analyzing socially agreed semiotic phenomena. Industrial Bishōjo mainly deals with the narrative from the producers' perspective, which allows us to imagine the uniqueness and power of an industrial structure in which the Bishōjo figure (Arario Gallery).
